PROTECTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION ACT (POPIA)
Fire Engineering Solutions (Pty) Ltd refered to as FESOL or the Company.
It's our promise
to customers that we respect the trust you place in us and the privacy of the
information you share. Part of providing superior customer service includes
making sure that we're building a relationship of trust with our customers. Our
way of doing that is to let you know in a clear, prominent, and easily
accessible way how we collect, use, and above all protect your personal

Solutions (Pty) Ltd.

How do we

We collect

Collected From a Device Associated With You
You passively provide us information through

All Personal

its directors, officers, employees, servants, agents and/or contractors and/or

improper use. Access to your personal information is restricted to only to
those employees who need the personal information to perform a specific job /
task.

information which we have about you, including information about the identity
of all third parties who have, or have had, access to the personal information:

within a reasonable time;

at a prescribed fee, if any;
